Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the process.

  Package Securely

  Place the fragrance back in its original packaging to ensure it is protected during transit to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
